Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident every time you shop with Trekky. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use outdoors.

How to Start a Return

Email us at trekkytrail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with the next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Just let us know when you get in touch.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
